The living space has its own amenities, such as a spacious kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances, including a stove, extractor hood, and oven. Additionally, a dishwasher is available. The bathroom features a freestanding shower, toilet, sink, and towel radiator.

The living space is located on the ground floor of a characteristic skipper's house. There is another self-contained studio on the first floor of the building. You only share the common entrance with this resident(s).

The common areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vluchtroute Veilig B.V.

The Paterswoldseweg is located in the north of the Zeeheldenbuurt, close to the city center. A supermarket such as AH or Coop is located nearby, just a few minutes' bike ride away, and the city center can be reached within 5 minutes by bike. Central Station is located 750m away.

The rental price for this accommodation is €1.085. Incl. Gas, Water, Electricity and Vluchtroute Veilig (Escape Route Safe). Excl. internet and municipal taxes. The security deposit for the accommodation is €1.210.

* We are available via WhatsApp 7 days a week and always respond within 48 (business) hours. So you are never on your own, and together we ensure a pleasant rental period!

* Rent for as long or as short a period as desired.
* In the event of technical defects, we aim to resolve them within a maximum of two weeks. A non-smoking policy applies to all our rental units, pets are not allowed, and we always require a landlord reference.
