About the place

I'm subletting my studio in the heart of Groningen, next to the canal with a view of the boats and the A-kerk church. It's on the third floor with double windows, so there's no noise pollution. The studio is available for six months (potentially extended to a year) and is furnished, including a refrigerator, stovetop, TV, washing machine, bed, sofa, table and chairs, and closets. I'll temporarily store any small items (books, clothes, etc.) somewhere else so you have plenty of storage.

The price includes water, electricity, and municipal taxes. You can also use my Wi-Fi (will cost extra).

No pets, no smoking.
