About the place

The studio is available from the first of September. It is situated in a quiet house in the city center (Lage der A). The top-floor consists of a large 30 square meter room with lots of daylight. The room includes a kitchen area. There is a separate bathroom (6 square meter) which includes a toilet, a sink and a shower. None of the facilities are shared. The room is already furnished. A washing machine and dryer are available. This is an ideal house for someone who needs a quiet environment to study. The rent is 485 euros per month including water, electricity, gas and internet. There are no administration fees.
