- Bathroom and toilet are shared with only one quiet and tidy housemate

About the location and who I am looking for:
You will be living in an ideal location: a 5-minute bike ride brings you to the Grote Markt or the train station, while the street itself is pleasantly quiet. I am looking for a student who enjoys having a nice place of their own, but also values keeping the shared facilities clean and tidy.
