About the place

Note: This concerns a hospita room (a room rented in a family home).

I am renting out a furnished attic room (17m²) with a rooftop terrace and a private kitchenette. The room is located 10 minutes by bike from the Zernike campus and 15 minutes from the city center. Rent includes utilities and internet.

It is a hospita room, which means it is part of a family home and is being rented out because the children no longer live at home. Therefore, I am looking for a quiet student. You will have the top floor to yourself. However, the bathroom and toilet are shared.

The room is not suitable for people with dog or cat allergies, as I have a dog and there are two cats in the house.
