I’m subletting my studio (houseboat room with private bathroom, toilet and kitchen) immediately from now to mid-June while I am away in Belgium for my Master's specialisation.

Students only (due to the landlord only wanting those who are studying at RUG or Hanze).

Rent: €540 (20 extra for WiFi access, fibre internet)

The studio:
• Furnished (IKEA bed, an extra bed, 2x tables and a small closet) and appliances equipped (an electric heater and a small fridge).
• Equipped with a kitchen and a personal bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Location:
• Close to Westerhaven.
• 5-minute walk to the Albert Heijn, Primark, bus station (bus goes to Zernike Campus), Kruidvat, Mediamarkt and HEMA.
• 10-minute bike ride to Groningen Station.
• 15-20 minute bike ride to Zernike Campus
