I am going on a study exchange and looking to sublet my fully furnished studio in the heart of Groningen for one semester. Subletting is approved by the landlord. Ideal for exchange students and newcomers, who do not want to miss out on introduction events!

- 3-minute walk to Noorderplantsoen (city park)
- 3-minute walk to 3 supermarkets and all stores needed (Nieuwe Ebbingestraat/De Beeren)
- 10-minute walk to the Grote Markt/RUG main building
- Zernike campus: 10 min by bus or 12 min by bike
- Bus stop ~150 m from the house (connections to main station and Zernike)
