About the place

A cosy studio 9 min (by bike) away from the city centre and central station. I'm the current tenant and I'm searching for someone to take over my place and is willing to buy off the desk, floor, lamps, bed, blinds, and the washing machine, since I bought them from the previous tenant. 

If you are over 21, you can apply for huurtoeslag (housing allowance) at this place :) Please only contact me if you are serious about renting and willing to buy the furniture from me.
