Are you a student looking for a comfortable studio within walking distance of your faculty? Furnished studios are available immediately in the modern De Schijf housing complex at Veldmaat 10 in Enschede. The studios are move-in ready, fully furnished.

The building is quietly located and is within walking distance of both the university and public transport. You will have your own kitchen and bathroom, as well as shared facilities such as a roof terrace and a launderette with washing and drying machines (operated via the Pay2Wash app).

The studios are intended for regular students. The lease has a minimum term of one month and a maximum term of 24 months, provided you are a student for the entire period.
