Studio is within walking distance (2-4 min) of shopping center Woensel XL. It is 5 minutes from the city by car and also really easily accessible by public transport because of the Woensel XL bus station.

The studio has no shared rooms and comes with its own private garden which is spacious and also has a back entrance.  

There is a bike storage and washing room available in the house as well. 

Contract are by ROZ standards. Registration is possible, you will have your own personal address. We are not looking for a couple. disclaimer; Pictures are 2 years old. Everything has stayed the same, but the garden needs to be trimmed, which will be done by the owner before you move in.
