Perfect as own private space, ofcourse you are allowed to have a visitor sometimes, but not suitable for dinners with several people, parties or regular invites. Garden officially belongs to the residential home, but bike can be parked in the garden. Address registration possible. “Huursubsidie” not possible. Next to Winkelcentrum Woensel, 10 mins cycling to TUe, less to Fontys and 15 mins cycling to the station and the city. Winkelcentrum Woensel has 3 supermarkets and a lot of shops.
