About the place

I have a furnished studio available on the Barrierweg* (5 minutes from the city centre and 10 minutes from Fontys University). The studio is 15 m² and includes a private shower and toilet, a kitchenette with a built-in fridge, and a high-speed internet connection.

The building also offers a communal kitchen equipped with a washer, dryer, and microwave. All communal areas are cleaned weekly.

The rent for the studio is €825 per month, which includes all bills (electricity, gas, internet, etc.).
