About the place

My furnished studio will be temporarily available for subletting from around 1 September, for a period of 3 months (possible extension by mutual agreement).

The studio is approximately 35 m² and includes:

* Private living/sleeping room
* Private kitchen with the necessary cooking facilities
* Shared shower and toilet (with 1 other resident)

The studio is located at the quiet rear side of Weimarstraat, overlooking the rooftops on Fultonstraat. Within approximately a 3-minute walk, you will find a supermarket (Jumbo), tram 12 and other amenities.

The studio is bright, cosy and fully furnished, and ready to move into. The other residents in the building are three quiet, working people in their twenties/thirties who are considerate of one another.

* Rent: approximately €625 per month
* Price includes gas, water, electricity and Wi-Fi (based on normal usage)
* Deposit: 1 month’s rent
* Suitable for 1 person
* Fully furnished
* Limited but sufficient storage space available

I am looking for a quiet and tidy person who will treat the studio and its contents with care. Having visitors is fine, but the studio is not suitable for parties or other forms of nuisance.

As I am currently staying with family in Zeeland, I would preferably like to find someone who does not need a physical viewing. We can get to know each other beforehand via chat and video call. I also have a video of approximately 6 minutes that gives you a detailed look at the studio. In addition, I have written permission from the landlord confirming that the temporary subletting is allowed.

The start date is flexible, preferably around 1 September.
