About the place

From the 15th of December a studio will be available at our floor in the laakhaventoren (the red one next to the Hague University of Applied Sciences). 

The room:
17 square meters (+ bathroom 3 square meters)
Upholstered
Your own bathroom and kitchen
Around 580 euros including gas/water/electricity & internet/tv
Housing benefit is possible
The room is unfurnished 

Condition: Please don't be a creep
Be a student enrolled in a school in the area of Leiden-Den Haag


You can basically roll to the train station The Hague HS.
It's about 10 minutes from the city centre on the bike.
And there is a tram stop infront of the door.

We have a common room on the floor where we like to hangout with each other and eat together every now and then. You'll be living with ten other people on the floor, all as diverse as you can imagine.
