About the place

We have a very nice and cosy studio on the top floor of a 19th century building, renovated to a lovey place with a lot of comfort. There is Your own bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing table and cabinet, a small kitchen, equipped with an induction cooking plate, a microwave/oven, a sink with cold and hot water,  pots and pans, coffee machine, water cooker and a washing machine with built in dryer!
A living room with a leather couch, a flat color TV, new double glass windows, wooden table with chairs, a good single bed, a high wardrobe and an extra and big window close to the bed for fresh air and extra light!
A balcony is directly connected to the studio, it has a nice view and afternoon sun! An exterior table and chair are at You disposal.
Inclusive: TV signal, more then 30 channels,  fast internet via cable and or wifi, own doorbell, door intercom and electric door opener, furniture, bed linen and central heating.
In a very nice and quiet neighborhood, 2,5 km from the center and 2,5 km from the beach. Good public transport.

+ We have a non smoking and no drugs policy in the building.
+ Parking on the street is possilbe with a parking permit for just 65€/12 months.
