Mini studio within walking distance of public transport, the beach, boulevard, shops, and entertainment. Beautiful surroundings, neat neighborhood. The mini studio is most suitable for 1 person, but 2 people is possible (bunk bed); in that case, we charge an extra €150 per month. Minimum rental period of 8 months, maximum rental period of 10 months if starting on September 1, 2026. The kitchen is equipped with 2 electric hotplates, a microwave, and a refrigerator. It is not really suitable for extensive cooking.

No parking, but a street parking permit might be applied for.
