Everything is new. In the household vegetarian cooking is preferred. Beef consumption and cooking is not allowed. The studio is meant for quiet residendence in connection with the study. We are looking for a tidy and environmentally conscinous tenant. In case of nuisance or disturbance will the rental agreement terminated immediately.
