About the place

I am subletting my fully furnished studio apartment on the TU Delft campus from mid-August 2026 until 1 February 2027 (first day of spring break).

The studio is ready to move into and includes modern appliances, including:

- 55 inch OLED TV
- Full-size refrigerator
- Washing machine
- Dryer
- Dishwasher

Due to the conditions of my rental agreement, the studio can only be sublet to a full-time student. Registration with the municipality is both possible and mandatory.

- Your proof of enrolment for the 2026–2027 academic year
- Your preferred move-in date

As I will be outside the Netherlands during the rental period, preference will be given to a reliable tenant who is able to pay the rent for the full rental period in advance.
