About the place

Hi! This summer I'll be away from the Netherlands for a little while, so I'm looking for someone to sublet my cozy studio. I'm hoping to find someone who will take good care of my little home and keep my lovely plants alive. :)

The studio comes with a dining table, dresser, space for your clothes, a desk, a kitchen (including a fridge and a small freezer), and a private bathroom. It's fully furnished and ready to move into.

The rent includes gas, water, electricity, and internet. The building also has a laundry room, bookable common areas, free parking, indoor bike storage, and a designated area for disposing of your trash.

Pets are welcome, as long as it's a kitty or a fish. :)
