Hi everyone!I am moving out next month and I’m looking for an international student at TU Delft to take over my studio. 

The Space:
- Type: Private 17m² studio with your own kitchen and bathroom.
- Furnished: Includes a bed, closet, desk and curtains (ready to move in!).
- Location: Heart of Delft centre, 2 minutes from the station and a 5–10 minute bike ride to the TU Delft campus.

Financials & Logistics:
- Rent: €1190/month (all-inclusive: water, electricity, internet).
- Registration: Possible
- Building Extras: Secure bike storage, shared laundry room and common area
