The apartment has a wooden floor, good size bathroom and kitchen.
In front of the window blinds and you have your personal terrace.
However if you are easily bothered by noises, do NOT respond to this apartment.
Downstairs is a bar and in the weekend you can sometimes hear live music.
The bar is closed on Monday and Sunday.
You have the use of a washing machine and dryer and vacuum cleaner.
