About the place

I am looking for a temporary tenant while I am abroad from January to May. The studio is very close to TU Delft and Delft city centre and has a cozy maisonette-style layout with a bright living area, kitchen, and separate sleeping level.
As I will leave some personal belongings in the apartment, I would preferably rent to a woman, ideally a student, exchange student, or visiting researcher, PhD. The apartment is best for one person; a partner is also possible.
I am only considering tenants for the full January–May period (5 months). If you would like to move in already in mid-December, its also possible. 
Please send a short introduction about yourself, what you will be doing in Delft, why you are looking for accommodation, your nationality, and if you have a stable salary. More details can be shared during a video call.
