As of 1 November, a studio will become available in the centre of Delft, directly opposite the train station. The studio is part of an apartment complex with a total of 28 studios. The studio features a kitchen, living/sleeping area, bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, and, as the cherry on top, a rooftop terrace of approximately 6 m².

The building was converted from a hotel into studios 8 years ago, so it is still in good condition. In addition to the studio itself, the building has a number of shared facilities, including:

A lounge area of approximately 40 m²
A workspace of approximately 30 m²
An entrance hall/reception and mailboxes
A shared backyard of approximately 50 m²
An elevator
A shared laundry room
A bicycle storage area of approximately 40 m²

The rent for the studio is €1,075.00 per month, with all costs included. The only costs not included in the rent are municipal user taxes. The deposit is one and a half times the monthly rent, which in this case amounts to €1,612.50.
