About the place

I am offering a beautiful, newly renovated studio with plenty of natural light and large windows, located on the top floor of our house in Bilthoven.

The studio is centrally located — just 10 minutes to Utrecht Central Station and 15 minutes to Utrecht Science Park, as the house is only 50 meters from the train station.

Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find a supermarket, bakery, butcher, and the rest of Bilthoven’s town center. The Bilthoven forests are also just five minutes away — perfect for a relaxing walk in nature.

The studio is fully furnished, including kitchenware, pans, bedding, and more. It has all the facilities of a private living space, including:
	•	Kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dining table and chairs
	•	Bathroom with shower and toilet
	•	Living area with TV and Chromecast included
	•	Wi-Fi included
	•	Cleaning service every two weeks (included in the rent)

The studio shares the main entrance with my mother, who occupies the rest of the house. She lives here with her dog, since my brother and I moved out.

We are looking for a young (international) female student or working professional. Couples are not allowed.

The house has a private driveway where bicycles can be stored, and free parking is available in the street. The front garden is available for the tenant to use — in summer, there is a comfortable outdoor sofa to enjoy the sunshine.
