Available from August 4, 2026, through March 31 (6 months; other terms negotiable; shorter periods available at a higher monthly rate):

Modern studio “Dijkzicht,” located in a bed-and-breakfast facility. This is a building intended for short-term stays (no permanent residency allowed).

Private bathroom, private fully equipped kitchen (not shown in photo), and living area. Sleeping area separated from the sitting area by a built-in cabinet. Washing machine and dryer available (shared use).

Ideal for 1 or 2 people for a vacation, a temporary stay, or work in the Netherlands. The price for the specified period includes (!!) gas, water, electricity, internet, and TV, based on temporary stay, on a room-only basis with self-cleaning, laundry, etc., and normal consumption of gas, electricity, and water. The studio is operated as a lodging facility, which is why there are additional costs for tourist tax per person per night.

On-site parking. Ideal location in a beautiful, quiet, and safe (work) environment. 

We are specifically looking for, for example, PhD students, trainees, expats, or employees (from your company or university) who can enjoy temporary accommodation here without registration.
