Available from August 29 through March 31, 2027 (approximately 7 months):

Modern “Kerkzicht” studio, located in a bed and breakfast. This is a building used for lodging purposes (no permanent residency allowed).

Private bathroom, private fully equipped kitchen (not shown in photo), and living area. The sleeping area is separated from the sitting area by a wall of cabinets. Washer and dryer available (shared use).

The studio is operated as a lodging facility, which is why there is an additional tourist tax charge of 2.50 euros per person per night. Ideal for vacations, a stopover, temporary stays, or work in the Netherlands. The price for the specified period includes (!!) gas, water, electricity, internet, and TV, based on a lodging stay for the specified period, with guests responsible for cleaning, laundry, etc., and normal consumption.

On-site parking. Ideal location in a beautiful, quiet, and safe (work) environment.

We are specifically looking for guests such as vacationers, Ph.D. candidates, trainees, expats, or employees of your company who can temporarily enjoy staying in this type of accommodation.

Note: Shorter stays are possible (at a higher monthly rate).
