I’m subletting my completely furnished studio for a temporary period from July 1st, 2026 to August 31th, 2026.
The studio is about 18m², has its own kitchenette equipped with cooking hobs and a combination microwave oven, and a private bathroom. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building for shared use.

The studio is located in the SSH& complex on Zoomstraat, in Presikhaaf, Arnhem, just a 2-minute walk from Presikhaaf train station and close to shops.
To rent the studio, you must be registered with SSH& and have valid proof of student status.
Rent is €494,- including utilities. 1 month rent deposit that you get back at the end. When renting a contract will be signed to prevent issues. I am searching for a tenant that can rent temporarily and uses the room with care.
