-	Owner of the building lives in the same building (you share the main entrance)
-	Address registration is no problem
-	HAN (University of Applied Sciences) is on less then a 2 kilometer distance.
-	Everything is renovated (bathroom, kitchen, electricity, plumbing)
-	No smoking inside/no pets (cat in consideration)
