5–6 months, huisbewaring (house-sitting) arrangement. The studio comes fully furnished and equipped — a one-time contribution of €1,500 is required to take over the furnished setup (furniture, appliances, household items). This is standard for a full handover like this and will be explained in detail upon contact.
Contract transfer to the new tenant is a possibility if the landlord agrees.
