About the place

Hi, I had a subletter back out last minute and I'm looking for someone to take my studio this year! It's 8 minutes by tram from central station in a new building. It is available from September 2 to July 1.  Ideal candidate is a Master's student or young working professional. Registration is possible.

I have to leave on September 2, so if things are not finalized by then I will leave the key with a friend. It would be great if you were available on 1 September to come see the apartment, sign a contract and pay the deposit and first month.
