About the place

On the first floor of our lovely home, a spacious studio will become available as of 15 December 2025. This is a lodger arrangement: you live in our house on the second floor. You'll have your own living–sleeping area with an open kitchen, a private bathroom and part of the attic room (next to the studio) for a wardrobe or additional storage. The other part of the attic is used as the laundry room. In total, you have approximately 45m² of space.

The location is truly fantastic! Within walking distance you’ll find:
- charming shops
- cozy restaurants
- the Javastraat (200m)
- the Dappermarkt (Mon–Sat)
- local greengrocers
- AH + Lidl + Ekoplaza + Vomar
- the Oosterpark & Flevopark
- tram and bus stops
- Muiderpoort Station
* And the city center? Just a 10–15 minute bike ride!

Terms (Lodger Arrangement)
The monthly contribution is €1450, including gas/water/electricity and excluding annual municipal taxes. Because this is a lodger situation:
- you can register at the municipality, but you are not an official tenant
- we establish clear house rules together to ensure a pleasant living environment for everyone
- The lodger agreement initially runs for one year, with the possibility of extension.

Practical Details
- Municipal registration at the address is possible
- No pets
- No smoking indoors
- The studio is delivered furnished (no TV)
- The kitchen includes an oven

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a working person (approx. 30+) who wants to stay for a longer period and enjoys living together under one roof in a calm, respectful way. Important qualities: responsible, tidy, clean, and organised.
