About the place

I'm looking for a student to take over my studio ASAP in Poeldijkstraat. You have the whole place to yourself, a clean kitchen, bathroom and a spacious bedroom/living area. The rent is including all utilities, and you can qualify for housing allowance which could potentially make it cheaper! Registration is also possible. It's well-located, with a metro stop only 10 minutes walking and a tram stop that takes you to Central Station 2 minutes away. Since the contract is with De Key, you need to be a full time student to take over the contract, the contract is until the 7th of August.
