You are a studious calm young single woman looking for a peaceful place to call home while studying or starting your career in Amsterdam? This beautifully renovated, fully furnished attic studio offers a rare combination of privacy, comfort and one of the city’s most desirable locations.

Situated in a historic canal house on the picturesque Leidsegracht, you’ll be living in the heart of the Canal Belt, just a short walk from the Jordaan, the Nine Streets, Leidseplein, Vondelpark and excellent public transport. Despite being in the city centre, the canal is remarkably quiet, making it an ideal place to focus, work and unwind.

The approximately 20 m² private studio is bright and airy, with windows on multiple sides overlooking Amsterdam’s rooftops and canals. It comes fully furnished and includes:

* Comfortable bed and wardrobe
* Private kitchenette
* Private bathroom with shower and toilet
* Dining/work table
* Fast Wi-Fi
* Plenty of natural daylight

The studio is connected to a warm family home via a shared staircase, while your own space can be locked and enjoyed completely privately. We are looking for someone who appreciates a quiet, respectful living environment and will enjoy the unique atmosphere of this historic home.

To ensure a peaceful home for everyone, the studio is strictly non-smoking, and overnight or visiting guests are not permitted.

This home is ideally suited for a female student, PhD candidate, intern or young professional who values a peaceful home, privacy, mutual respect and the opportunity to live in one of Amsterdam’s most beautiful and central neighbourhoods.

For the cost of 1500Euro/month incl utilities, we ask in return for help with light family logistics involving our two young children during a few pre-agreed 15 weekday hours (for example, assisting with school or daycare pick-up and drop-off).
