The “Tulip Studios” property is a charming house located on a quiet one-way residential street, just a 2-minute walk from the Tram 2 stop, which takes you to the city center in 15 minutes. It’s a 7-minute walk to the south entrance of Vondelpark, and by bike, you can reach the city center, Zuid, or West in under 10 minutes. The property is close to the scenic Schinkel Canal, with several supermarkets just 5–8 minutes away on foot. You’ll also find plenty of shops, department stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars just around the corner. Despite the convenience, the location remains calm and residential, offering a peaceful retreat with quick access to the city center and Amsterdam South.
The studio is stylishly designed and fully furnished, featuring a queen-size bed, a dedicated working area, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, French doors that lead to a private rooftop terrace towards the back with lounge furniture and a seating/eating area plus a large couch in the living room.  It is fully serviced, with professional bi-weekly cleaning that includes linen changes. A dedicated Property Manager provides caretaker services for added convenience.
In the corridor, there is a shared space with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron, shared among four tenants. To make your move even smoother, a personal check-in is included, helping you feel right at home in Amsterdam.
