• Layout: Compact studio (7.5 x 2 m) with a private kitchenette and private shower/toilet.
• Interior: Partially furnished (including a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, table, and cabinets).
• Rent: €989,- per month (including €90 in utilities and 55,- interior items)
• Payment: Quarterly (3 months in advance).

Important condition:
This studio is exclusively for students currently living and studying outside of Amsterdam. Proof of enrollment for your studies outside of Amsterdam and a recent BRP extract from your current municipality are required.
