You will receive the cabinets, 1 bed, 1 mattresses, 2 tables, 2 washing machines, 1 dryer, 1 gas cooktop, various kitchen appliances on loan for €11,00 / month.

1 = You will receive a spacious living-bedroom of 29 m² plus a bathroom with bathtub, toilet, washbasin.

2 = However, you are required to share the eat-in kitchen with cooking equipment with 1 person who uses the 24 m² room plus the second bathroom with 2nd bathtub, 2nd washbasin and 2nd toilet. This co-occupant pays €1.396,00.

3 = You have a separate space with a sink to clean and store your own dishes, pans and clothing.

** You also share the 20 m² roof terrace.

You pay 50% of the standard bills for energy consumption, internet, water and the two local taxes. Approximately 50% of EUR 300.00.

• Non-EU citizens: valid residence permit with a minimum remaining validity of 12 months
• Strict zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking, vaping, pets, parties, nuisance or aggressive behavior;
• A demonstrably stable and non-problematic residential history.
