Fast internet also. The flat is super cute and located in a quiet central area, 2 blocks from Westerpark and lots of shops and gym etc are blocks away. 15 min from central by bus. Very well located and peaceful. its on the 4th floor, stairs! Very well mantained building. There is also a private storage unit available in the building for luggage etc. included. ------->Viewing date: September 9th! When the contract will be offered please bare in mind the timeline for signing and returning plus deposit will be +same day+!! I had one person who confirmed and 4 days later after not returning the signed contract she gave up which cause me a lot of wasted time, and since I'm travelling soon I need to make sure we are both on agreement. :)
