About the place

Studio available for rent in Amsterdam. I am looking for a tenant that can live in a small place and calm neighbourhood. I prefer to rent this place to a person that has stable and permanent income. It is ideal for one person, but a couple also possible. 
This price includes everything - rent calculations with point system plus:
-Wifi and all utilities;
-Furniture (miele washing machine and dryer in one; TV; dyson vacuum cleaner, bed, storage, dishes, kitchen and heated floor etc).
-Building has an elevator, inside storage for bikes, storage for personal belongings in the basement. 
-Studio has a balcony with nice view.
-Possible for short term and long term stay. 1 month notice period.
