FURNISHED STUDIO AVAILABLE FOR 1 YEAR FROM JULY (NO COUPLE)

From July, I will be traveling for a year and am looking for someone to take over my apartment during that period.

Ideally, I am looking for someone with a quiet lifestyle: for example, a student moving to Amsterdam to study, a professional at the beginning of their career, or someone who works early hours and is looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live. This is not a party apartment, but a comfortable home for someone who will take good care of it.

The apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready, featuring a spacious living area, open kitchen, dining space, bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Large windows provide plenty of natural light, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere.

⏳ Rental period: 12 months
📝 Registration at the address is possible
💰 Security deposit: two months' rent

The full deposit will be returned upon proper handover of the apartment and return of the keys.
