About the place

I am looking for an international student (preferably from Asia) as a temporary tenant for my studio located in a 350 yo building in the heart of Amsterdam,  at a canal, near De Amstel.

The studio, located at the ground floor of the building,  consist of a living room with kitchen and sleeping area. The bed is queen size, is comfortable and folds away into the wall when not used.
Shared laundry facilities with the owner.

I am looking for somebody who does not cause any disturbance to the environment, and keeps our building safe and quiet. 

Strictly for one person to be used only, registration is desirable. 

The exact period can be negotiated. Due to overseas travel, viewings can only be arranged after 30 December.

Those who qualify for a temporary rental agreement type B (not yet registered) and feel there is a match, please make your interest known, together with some background information.
