About the place

Hi,

I am heading abroad for a few months and am looking for someone to stay in my studio during that time. The rental period runs from October 30th to March 1st; the start date is flexible. This is a temporary rental, initially for three months. There is a real possibility of an extension, though this cannot be guaranteed.

About the studio (30m²)

• Fully furnished

• Includes a bed, a small sofa, and a wardrobe

• Plenty of storage space, plus an internal storage area (e.g., for suitcases)

• Washing machine and dryer

• Stovetop, oven, and refrigerator

• High-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV

• Communal bicycle storage

• Courtyard garden (smoking permitted)

• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed

Location

• Quiet, pleasant neighborhood

• Amsterdam Central Station: ± 10 minutes by bus/tram

• UvA Roeterseiland campus: ± 15 minutes by public transport

• Supermarkets, the Dapper Market, bakeries, and coffee shops within walking distance

Rent

• €1,801 per month, including utilities and taxes

• Registration (municipal residency) is possible, though it will increase municipal tax charges (please check the municipality’s website for details)

Who I’m looking for

• A reliable tenant who will take good care of the property

• Someone who is fully aware of the temporary nature of the stay and does not assume an extension will be possible
