Bright studio with 3 big  windows on a row and a fantastic view over the canal. Strategic location close to the Zuidas & RAI and 4 shopping streets, the Pijp and the center. 

A lot of privacy and own entrance. Furnished, wooden floor, corner sofa, teak dining table and wardrobe, etc. In a charming and well-maintained 1930s building with a decent entrance and wide staircase. Own kitchen corner in the studio.
The studio (35m2) is part of a larger apartment (85m2) divided into two separate private sections, with the bathroom and toilet shared with one other friendly person/ peer. (Cleaning costs € 25/ month).
