-Privacy since your bedroom is located in the attic on the 4 floor, up through the communal staircase of the building - own entrance
-All clean sheets, pillows and an gas heater
-Own kitchen and appliances, toilet and bathroom renovated
-Washing machine and communal outdoor space for storage.

-No parties
-No loud music
-No unauthorized guests
-No couples
