This studio was fully renovated in 2024 and offers a high level of comfort and privacy. It features a private bathroom and kitchen and is equipped with various amenities, including a smart TV, Nespresso machine, and washing machine. High-speed WiFi is available, as well as private parking for both cars and bicycles.

The studio is ideally located, just 2 minutes from Uilenstede and an 8-minute bike ride from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. In addition, tram line 5 is a 5-minute walk away, providing a direct connection to the city center in under 15 minutes.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and costs approximately €100 per month (more or less depending on usage). Water and internet are included. The property has no gas connection. The studio is heated via ceiling heating, connected to the underfloor heating of the upper residence, which is included in the rental price. During the winter months, an additional electric heater is usually needed for extra warmth.
