About the place

Quiet, furbished room for one person with an amazing view on trees and shared use of a bathroom and kitchen. The room has a double bed (without bedding),  a closet and a refridgerator.
You share the bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and dryer with two other tenants. 
NB:  this is a non-smoking room and house!
NB2: the current occupant is abroad till november 1st.
Abcoude is close to the Amsterdam University Hospital. It is a 7 minute walk to the train station, next stop is Amsterdam UMC, 5 stops later (19 min) is Amsterdam Central Station. My house is close to the town center, shops, the bus stop, nature and a beautiful rural area with a river.

I am a gay male in my sixties living with my partner on the ground floor. We're looking for a kind, single, non-homophobic new guy. Internationals are welcomed.
I am asking for a one month rent guarantee. Payment before the first of the month. If you are interested, you need to sign a lease. You can register as a tenant.
