About the place

Attic room with kitchen attached, available for quiet, neat, non-smoking woman, not having any cats or dogs.  Situated in green and safe quarters called 'Veeralleekwartier', close to the city, railway station, and High School Windesheim. Free car parking as yet, bikes can be parked in closed backyard. A few pieces of furniture are available. This is not a polluted student home, to the contrary, cleaning according to fixed schedule is obligatory!
No cats or dogs allowed, but caged small animals are welcome! Cancellation term: one full calender month. Straightforward rental contract (however, in Dutch!). Monthly rent, to be paid upfront: € 560,-. Deposit: € 650,- .
