Room for rent in Holtenbroek, Zwolle | 11.2 m² | Available from 1 December

We’re looking for someone to rent a room on Beethovenlaan who will fit in well with the current housemates. All current housemates are employed. We value mutual respect, being considerate of one another, avoiding disturbances and leaving shared spaces clean and tidy.

The room
The room is approximately 11.2 m² and is at the front of the building, on the entrance side, overlooking the car park. It comes with a bed and mattress, window coverings and built-in wardrobes along one wall, from floor to ceiling.

The apartment
The apartment is well maintained, has an A energy rating and has laminate flooring throughout. The shared living room is furnished with a sofa set, a table and a low cabinet. The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, a built-in microwave and a fridge. Both the kitchen and bathroom have underfloor heating. There is also a washing machine.

There are two balconies, one at the front and one at the back, as well as a spacious storage room. The building has a secure communal entrance with key access.

The location
The building is right next to Holtenbroek shopping centre, with a large park behind it. A secondary school and Zwolle city centre are within walking distance. The motorway is about five minutes away by car.
