About the place

I’m Sander, and I have a room for rent, along with my 2-year-old son. The space used to be my home gym, but since I now have a separate gym, I no longer need it. As you can see in the photos, it’s equipped with gym flooring and a pull-up bar.

I already rent out another room to a woman, and in consultation with her, this room is available exclusively for a female tenant—she feels more comfortable with that arrangement. Also, please note that my son is here 5 days a week, so you should be okay with that.

The rent includes internet, Spotify, and Netflix; I have a family plan, so I can easily set up a separate account for you.

Our home is just a 5-minute walk from Zwijndrecht station, and there is free parking in the neighborhood.

The house also features both a front and a back garden, as well as a shed where you can safely store your bicycle.
