About the place

I have a room for rent in our house. The train station is within walking distance, and the highway is nearby as well.

I live here with my two-year-old son. I am already renting out another room to a woman who has been living here for six months.

Because of the other female tenant, I am specifically looking for a female renter.

The room I am renting out used to be my home gym, but I no longer use it since I have my own gym in Breda for my workouts. It measures 4 meters by 3 meters. We share the rest of the house's living areas, and internet and Netflix are available.
