About the place

Hi! I’m Kaia, and I live in this spacious 136 m² and friendly house together with the landlord and his sweet golden retriever. We’re looking for a nice new housemate for the attic room.

The room is bright with a west-facing garden view and comes with a super comfortable 180×200 cm bed. You’re welcome to keep it, or the landlord can remove it if you prefer your own furniture.

- Two toilets + one shower
- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffeemaker, big stove)
- Washing machine & dryer
- Access to a garden
- Fast, stable internet

You’ll be living with me, the landlord, and his DOG.
His 10-year-old son visits sometimes, but doesn’t live here full-time.
The landlord is very chill, as long as everyone is respectful and tidy.

🌿 We Are Looking for Someone Who Is:

- Clean & okay with a simple cleaning schedule
- Honest 
- Dog-friendly
- Goes to bed around 23:00–00:00 to match the household rhythm 
- Non-smoking

📅 Move-in date is flexible, but ideally before January.
